Terms and Conditions 

UK Orders

Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays) and should be with you in 2-5 working days via Royal Mail. If there are any delays in the delivery of your order, we will keep you fully informed of the expected delivery times; however, if it has been more than five working days and you have not received your product, please contact us at the details below. Orders placed late on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please see the Delivery section for further details.

International Orders

We only deliver to the UK. Please contacts us for any orders outside of the UK.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made. Simply contact us at the details below with your name, address and order reference number. It is best to call us as there is no guarantee we can cancel your order prior to the processing of your order.

Gift Vouchers

  • At checkout you will have the option to either have the Gift Voucher sent to your address or to a nominated address which will be sent out via Royal Mail 1st class.
  • You will recieve a confirmation email of your purchases.
  • Your Gift Voucher with a unique serial number will be sent out free, postage via Royal mail first class.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to decline Gift Vouchers if validity cannot be proven.

Treatment Purchases

  • If you would like a Treatment Purchase to be sent in the form of a 'Gift' or to a nominated address, then please contact us regarding this request. We will send out via Royal Mail 1st class at no extra charge.
  • All treatments must be take at the Eton Beauty Salon in Eton, Berkshire.
  • Treatment Purchases cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Please contact us to book an appointment, either before or after your treatment purchase.
  • We reserve the right to decline any Treatment Purchases if validity cannot be proven.

Returns & Replacement Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your skincare products, we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund if the products are returned to us within 30 days of purchase, in the original condition received and unused. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after you receive the goods. However, you must initially advise us in writing/email to the contacts below.

It is required that you return the goods in the condition in which they were received. Please ensure that the package is securely wrapped with appropriate packaging. Please enclose a note giving us your name, address, order reference number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or by a trackable delivery method and at your own cost.

Note:

  • You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.
  • We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you.
  • We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.
  • Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.
  • Goods should be returned to the address below after you have contacted us to say that you wish to do so

Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase price of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product.

We will also refund the cost of standard or recorded postage incurred returning a product, if incorrectly sent by us, or where the product has been returned due to a defect. Please note that we will not refund any courier, overnight or express element of any delivery or postage charge, including Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we will not take delivery of mail that has missing or incorrect postage.

Product Descriptions and Images

To the best of our knowledge, the product descriptions on the site are accurate and up-to-date, but we are continually working to improve our products and so specifications or design changes may be made from time to time which have not been reflected on the site. We include images of products on our site to help you with your selection. However, slight variations, for example, in graphics, colour, or pot size should be expected. All measurements and weights are approximate.  Images used on this site are for illustrative purposes only. Treatment Images have been selected to reflect the spirit or theme of the treatment, and not the location or environment of the treatment.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • your name
  • your address
  • your email address

We will not:

  • e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent
  • use your email for any marketing scheme whatsoever
  • disclose your email to any 3rd parties
  • collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent

We do not have access to any credit card information provided as this is handled by our payment gateways such as Total Web Solutions (TWS) or Paypal, who provide the credit card processing on our behalf and only pass back to us a transaction status. Total Web Solutions are ISO 9001:2000 accredited. They are also PCI accredited and have been scrutinized by Visa and Mastercard to ensure that the credit card clearing services they provide are safe and secure. All credit card processing is handled with 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your payment card information when you place an order via our payment gateway, Total Web Solutions.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We do not use cookies to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. However, you can usually modify your browser to prevent the use of cookies.
