First cleanse your face. Then apply the mud smoothly over your face avoiding eyes and lips. Allow to dry for 15 minutes, then rinse away with warm water. A few drops of Face Oil will complete the treatment.

The mud is rich in minerals and is blended with Himalayan 'sole' for healing vibrations, together with essential fatty acids and oils that nourish and hydrate the skin. The oils provide anti-oxidants and have an anti-wrinkle effect.
